On
Friday February 24, 2006 at 9:47pm the above pictured subject approached a
man who was parking his car. He then shot the victim several times. The
subject wore a black hat with visor and earflaps, a black coat, black pants
and black high-top shoes or sneakers. Anyone who can identify the subject
pictured above or anyone with information about this crime is asked to
