The
Hillside Township Council has recently adopted an ordinance to
establish a “Permit Parking” Program for the following streets:
Street/Location
Hours
Queen Court
24 hours (already in effect)
Beechwood Place
11:00 pm – 6:00 am (starting May 1)
Hurden
Street 11:00 pm – 6:00 am (starting May 1)
Looker Street
11:00 pm – 6:00 am (starting May 1)
Permit
parking will not be enforced on major holidays. Parking permits
will be issued by the Hillside Police Department and must be
displayed on any vehicle parked on the street overnight.
Please
do NOT call 9-1-1 for information about this program. Residents of the
affected streets will receive more information in the mail before
April 15, 2008.
